How does Swydo's pricing plan works?
Pricing is based on the number of active data sources in your account, the plan starts with a flat fee of $39/month, which includes 10 unique data sources. You can keep on adding more sources at any point during the month and they will be counted in your invoice the next billing cycle.
Swydo's pricing plan is post-payment, meaning you start with the $39 fee but if you add more data sources through the month a new bill will come at the end of the cycle.
If you want to get an estimate of how much you will be paying based on the number of data sources please follow this link for our Pricing Calculator.
Check out some of the frequently asked questions:
What is a data source in Swydo?
A data source is a unique connection between a third-party platform and your client's individual Swydo reports/dashboards. One data source would be one Facebook page, one Google Analytics account, an MCC from Google Ads wouldn't count as one data source:
NOTE: The number of times you pull data from a data source does not increase your fee. The frequency of your reporting does not impact your monthly cost.
Where can I see my data sources?
At the moment, you can see the number of data sources by entering each client's page and checking the data source box. You can check the image above.
What is the price per data source?
The basic fee is $39 and it includes 10 data sources, each new data source cost depends on the number of data sources you add to the account.
How can I control my bill?
Control how much you pay by maintaining only your active data sources in your Swydo account, you can decrease your bill by removing the data sources in your account. You can do this at the client's page, like this:
Do archived clients count in my bill?
No, once you archive a client, all the data sources are archived too. However, they will be billed in the upcoming invoice because they were active in the current billing cycle. Remember the plan is post-payment.
Can I cancel at any time? What happens after I cancel?
You need to remember the plan is a post-payment plan, meaning newly added data sources, and existing data sources are measured during your monthly billing cycle and charged at the end of it.
Let's say you are in the middle of your billing cycle and decide to cancel, the account will still be active for the rest of the cycle and you will get one last bill with your usage.
