What are data sources in Swydo?

A data source is a unique connection between a third-party platform and your client's individual Swydo reports/dashboards. For example, let’s say you have 10 clients, and for each of them, you provide reporting on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts.

10 clients x 2 unique data sources for each client = 20 total data sources

It is important to note that the number of times you pull data from a data source does not calculate into your fee. The frequency of your reporting does not impact your monthly cost.

Where can I see my data sources?

Account owners and administrators can obtain an overview of active data sources in your Swydo account by clicking on the “Upgrade & Payment” section by clicking on the team profile image on the top right when logged in.

Can you give me an example of how the pricing works?

Here’s another example for a customer who has as many as 150 data sources. Your fee will break down as follows:

What types of payment do you accept?

Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No credit card required for signing up for a free trial.

Do we get immediately charged after adding a data source?

Newly added data sources, and existing data sources, are measured during your monthly billing cycle. The total of data sources during the billing cycle will be included and charged for in your next upcoming invoice.

How can I manage my fee?

Manage your fee by archiving inactive clients and/or remove data sources

We strongly suggest you make sure your account is set up properly and archive or remove all inactive clients or data sources. You’ll also want to remove any data sources from example reports. This will help you manage costs and ensure that you will only be invoiced per our fair and actual usage policy.
