In this article, you will learn how to check and update your payment details and also how to download your invoices.

How do I update my payment details?

The first thing to do is go to the "Billing page" you can find this at the right top corner menu.

Then you will see this layout.

  • Current Subscription: In this area, you will find the total due for the next invoice and the number of active data sources in your account.

  • Recent Invoices: Here, you will be able to find your upcoming invoice, which will always be the first one and the past ones that will be under it.

  • Credit Card: In this area, you will find your credit card information; you can see the "change" button on the right side of the title. If you click there, the tabs will enable for you to change the CC information.

  • Billing Details: Here, you will find the office address or the "billing address," same as with the Credit card information; you can change it by clicking on the "change" button on the right side.

How do I download an invoice?

When it comes to downloading an invoice, it is as simple as a couple of clicks.

Look for the invoice you would like to download; if it is not showing on the main page, you can click where it says "view all."

Then you will see all the invoices from the past months will be showing there. Click on the one you are looking for, and the system will automatically download it for you.
