In this article, you will learn how to check and update your payment details and also how to download your invoices.
How do I update my payment details?
The first thing to do is go to the "Billing page" you can find this at the Settings page on the left side panel:
Then you will see this layout.
Current Subscription: In this area, you will find the total due for the next invoice and the number of active data sources in your account.
Recent Invoices: Here, you will be able to find your upcoming invoice, which will always be the first one, and the past ones that will be under it.
Credit Card: In this area, you will find your credit card information; you can see the "change" button on the right side of the title. If you click there, the tabs will enable you to change the CC information.
Billing Details: Here, you will find the office address or the "billing address," same as with the Credit card information; you can change it by clicking on the "change" button on the right side.
How do I download an invoice?
When it comes to downloading an invoice, it is as simple as a couple of clicks.
Look for the invoice you would like to download; if it is not showing on the main page, you can click where it says "view all." and click on the invoice number.
