Introducing Our New and Improved Online Report Features
At Swydo, we are constantly striving to improve our products and services to better meet the needs of our customers. That's why we are excited to announce the launch of our new and improved online report features! These updates will make creating and sharing reports easier and more dynamic than ever before. Read on to learn more about the exciting changes we've made.
Full-Width Reports
One of the most exciting updates is the ability to create full-width reports. You will no longer be confined to a specific report dimension. Now, your report will span the entire page, giving it a more dynamic and modern feel.
Variable Height
In addition to full width reports, we've also added the ability for reports to adjust their height seamlessly based on their contents. This means your report will always look clean and professional, no matter how much or how little information is included.
New Elements
We've also added some new elements to our report options. In addition to the classic options like author, client logo, and report title, you can now incorporate background images and team logos into your report. This allows for even more customization and personalization.
Edit Options
Say goodbye to cluttered headers and confusing edit buttons. With our new update, all you have to do is click on the palette icon in the top left menu, head to 'Display Options', and choose your preferred elements. Plus, all elements are now clickable for instant editing.
Clickable Date Range
Need to make a quick adjustment to your date range? No problem! Simply click on the date range and the sidebar menu will open up, allowing for easy and convenient changes.
Brand Template Menu
If you're used to adjusting colors and cover pages in the brand template menu, don't worry - it's still there! These options have not changed and can still be accessed in the same way.
Online Report Cover
Last but not least, we've added the ability to add and customize a cover page for your online report. You can now change the text and background colors, as well as add an image as the background. This adds a professional and polished touch to your online report.

PDF View
Previously, our report page offered the option to view reports in PDF format. However, we have now streamlined the experience by making online view the default. This means that the PDF view option will no longer be available on the report page. Don't worry, you can still easily access and view your reports online.
Cover Page
Another change we have made is to the cover page editing options. These options have now been shifted to the brand template, but the process remains the same. This means that you can still customize your cover page by tweaking text colors, background hues, and easily adding a background image.
Page Alignment Update
We have also made an update to the alignment of elements on the cover page. Previously, these elements were centered, but now they align left for a cleaner look. Additionally, the team logo will now rest at the bottom of the cover page. We believe this update will provide a more professional and organized appearance to your reports.
