Payments are failing
Payments inside the account are failing

If your payments are failing please do the following: 

  1. Go to the Payment & Billing page 

  2. Update your payment credentials

  3. Verify the information, typos, and name on the card

  4. Save changes and wait for the confirmation message

Still failing? You could...

  • Call your Bank and ask them why the payment keeps on failing. 

  • Double check the funds of your account.
