How to set up email templates for schedules or one-time emails

Email templates

Email templates can save you time and effort by providing pre-written email bodies that you can easily select when sending or scheduling a report.

To access your Email Templates, simply go to the Email Settings page. You can find this page under the Email Templates tab on the left side panel:

Once you are on the Email Settings page, click on the "New Email Template" button. This will open a pop-up where you can create your new template.

You can write a standard message in the pop-up, and don't worry—you can create multiple email templates for different purposes, whether you need a template for weekly reports or monthly updates.

You can also add your team's logo and your signature. The signature can be set in your profile settings (Enter the settings in the left-side corner).

To add the email, you can do it at the Schedule Settings or at the one-time email:
