Steps to Pause or Cancel your subscription

We can't imagine why, but you might want to cancel your account...

We would really appreciate it if you could tell us why you want to leave Swydo. Maybe there's a feature you are looking for, and perhaps we have it, but you couldn't find it. Let us know! 

Pause or Cancel your account:

We understand that working with clients is never a straight line. Sometimes, you work by projects, and some others by seasons. The Pause option allows you to keep all your reports and clients' data intact without canceling, so you can come back whenever your clients are ready to continue receiving your awesome Marketing reports.

The Pause fee is $10 a month, and you can come back whenever necessary.

If you prefer canceling, you can still use Swydo until the end of your cycle. After a couple of weeks, if you decide not to come back, all your data will be permanently deleted.

To Pause or cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Billing page located in the Settings menu on the left panel

  2. Next to the Subscription title is the Cancel button

3. Once you've done this, you'll be offered to cancel or pause your subscription:

Lastly, confirm you want to Pause or Cancel your subscription. We will ask you to confirm or tell us why you want to cancel:

If you decide to cancel, a new message will display on your main page, showing when your last day in Swydo will be:

Remember, once you cancel your Swydo account, you will still receive one final invoice. This invoice is for your usage on the cycle you were in when you requested the cancellation. If you have any doubts about this, please let us know.
