Sometimes in GA4, there are some empty widgets, this is caused by the data collection option. In Google Analytics 4, you have to activate "data collection" in the settings before data like the age, gender, and other Demographics and Interests<b> </b>information on the website or app is collected. 

When Google Analytics 4 does not collect this data, Swydo will also have no data to show. Please check if there is data in your Google Analytics account first; that way, we can avoid this inconvenience. 😉

To solve this, go to your GA4 account &gt; Admin section, then click on Data settings &gt; Data Collection, and activate Data collection. After about 24 hours, new data will populate, and we will be able to show it in Swydo as required.😊
