You can’t immediately delete a client from your Swydo account, but you can archive it. When archived, all associated data sources and reports are also stored, and you won’t be charged for the data sources.

💡 Archived clients remain accessible for 365 days. After this period, they are permanently deleted and cannot be reactivated.

If you are no longer working with a client or just need to remove it from Swydo, you can archive them by clicking the Archive button on the client detail page:

If you want to unarchive a client, please go to the client's main page; at the top of the page, you will see the three little dots, where you will find the option to see the list of archived clients:

Then click on the client you would like to unarchive, click on the "unarchive client" button, and that's it.

🚩 After the client is unarchived, the sources, once connected, will become active immediately.
