By adding the source performance widget, the numbers of the sources (such as
Google Ads, direct traffic, LinkedIn, Facebook, referral, etc.) can easily be tracked. Google defines source as the origin of your traffic, such as a search engine or a domain.
Before discussing the steps to do this, please make sure that you have connected the Google Analytics integration.
How to add the widget?
Click on insert and select widget.
Choose Google Analytics and add the right data source.
Add a custom widget by searching for Custom General Reporting Widget. Select the widget.
Go to the Dimensions & Metric tab and add the source as primary dimension.
Add the metrics that you want to display and click on save.
And voila! You now have added the source performance widget.
