On this page, you’ll find the following information:
Client Reports – An overview of the reports available for your clients.
Monitoring Goals – The goals currently set up for monitoring.
Alerts – Alerts configured to notify you of important changes or events.
Boards – A quick overview of your key tracking data.
At the top of the Client page, you’ll find a dropdown menu with the following information:
Assignees – Used to easily search and filter clients from the Client Overview.
Labels – Used to easily search and filter clients from the Client Overview.
Client Portal – Shows whether the Client Portal is enabled and, when selected, which data is made available through the portal.
Data Sources – Displays the data sources connected to the client. If any data sources are experiencing issues, there will be a red line around them:
Contacts - which email addresses are scheduled to receive the reports scheduler
Reports
If you’d like to view all available reports, select “View All” on the right-hand side to see the full list where you can filter on the specific report you need:
You can repeat this process for all sections, including Goals, Alerts, and Boards. You can also create new items in each section by selecting the “+ New…” option.
When selecting the kebab menu on the report, you can:
1. Apply labels
2. Copy the report
3. Delete the report
Goals
When accessing "View All" for Goals, you can set the Goal period to choose to view Goals by their set periods or apply a custom date range to all.
Boards
When accessing "View All" for boards, you can:
1. Update the date range
2. Add to client Portal
3. Present mode
4. Download as PDF
5. Delete or Copy
Alerts
When accessing "View All" for Alerts, you can:
1. Add new Alerts
2. Check status
3. View Historic data
4. Kebab menu: Edit, Pause, Copy, and Delete
