Available roles
There are a few roles available to choose from:
Contributor
Can access assigned clients and use templates but can't edit them.
Editor
Can access/edit all clients and templates, has no administrative powers.
Admin
Can invite members, has full editing rights, and administrative powers.
How do I assign a role to a user?
Go to the settings page and look for the "Team" section
On the "Team members" page, click on the three dots at the right side of the user whose role you'd like to change. Then a pop-up window will open where you will be able to "revoke" or "Change role" for the selected user.
How do I assign clients to contributors?
For you to assign clients to contributors please follow these steps:
In the same "Team members" page, click on the three dots and then click on the " Edit permissions" button.
After you've done this, click on the "Update permissions" button and you will be done.
*Please note you must be an administrator to be able and do these changes.
