If you've always wanted to monitor your spend, conversions, or leads, the alerts feature in Swydo is here to help.
The Alerts feature, integrated within our Monitoring system, enables automatic tracking of key metrics and sends notifications when they exceed or reach predefined thresholds. This minimizes the need for manual oversight and helps detect issues or unexpected changes promptly.
Alerts are now trackable in two places:
Monitoring page: Overview of all alerts across clients and integrations.
Client page: Focused view of alerts related to a specific client.

How do I set up an alert?
Go to Monitoring β Alerts or open a Client page β Alerts tab.

βClick + New Alert (located at the top right).
Select the client, data source, and metric.
Define the trigger condition and specify the corresponding time period.
Choose who receives notifications.

Once created, the system checks alert conditions daily and sends an email when an alert is triggered or when data cannot be retrieved.

Just like that, your alerts are set! They will update every morning at 10 am.
