How to use Swydo AI: your Reporting Assistant

What is this feature?

Swydo AI is an intelligent assistant embedded directly within the Swydo report interface that helps marketers analyse data, generate insights, and create summaries faster. With conversational interaction, section-level scoping, and threaded memory, Swydo AI acts as a smart reporting partner, saving time and improving report quality within the Swydo platform.

How to access this feature?

You need to select the Swydo AI icon at the top of your report


There are four pre-generated options you can choose from: Summary, Wins, Issues, and Recommendations, each providing specific insights. You can use the AI tool to generate insights or answers related to your report.


To focus on a particular section or metrics of your report, click the paperclip icon, select the sections, metrics, and prompt the AI to analyse it.

Once the information is generated, you can copy it directly into a text widget by selecting the text widget icon on the far right. Alternatively, you can use the copy icon to paste it into any text widget in your report.

We value your feedback! If you’re particularly satisfied or dissatisfied with the AI’s answer, please select the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icon to help us improve the tool.


Please note:

When AI Mode is activated for an analysis, the data is processed without including any additional customer or channel-specific information. Only the report data you select is used to generate insights.


Dashboards:

You can also enable AI for your clients by activating the option in the dashboard link–sharing settings. Please note that any AI usage will be deducted from your available AI credits.

Credits:

You will receive an amount of credits (tokens) per team, and once depleted, the credits (tokens) can be topped up. Please have a look at your Billing page for more information.

Limitations:

  • Available only within reports and dashboards (not templates).

  • Cross-report analysis and comparisons are not supported.

  • Editing past threads is out of scope — conversations are view-only after creation.

AI accuracy may vary; user feedback and disclaimers are in place to support improvement.

How data security and privacy have been considered:

  • The Data is processed in the AWS cloud using commercially available models.

  • The Data is not used for training purposes.

  • Requests are routed globally, depending on which region has available capacity.

  • All of our offerings are GDPR compliant.

  • Our current data processing agreement already includes AWS services, so there are no changes in that regard.
