Report Filters - Learn how to apply a report filter

Updated this week

You can now filter all the report widgets at once. This eliminates repetitive work, reduces errors, and helps you create reports in less time.

This is how you do it:

Add filters to your report:

You’ll find this feature in the top-right menu, between ‘Date range’ and ‘Appearance’. Clicking it opens the ‘Report Filter’ side panel:

You will find two options:

  • Filter on the Report's data sources: All widgets in the report will update with this filter.

  • Filter on the Client's data sources: You will only see updates when you add a widget from this source.

Filter options:

You can apply general filters—such as Campaign, Region, Ad IDs, Placements, and others—that will work across most widgets. However, if a filter is too specific to a particular metric, it may not appear as an option, and in that case, you’ll need to apply the filter directly within the specific widget.

Please also note:

  • Filters cannot be applied to widgets using combined data sources.

Observations

  • You can add multiple filters to the reports from the same or different platforms at the same time.

  • If a widget already has an existing filter and you add a filter at the report level, you’ll be given the option to either overwrite the existing filter or apply both filters simultaneously

  • If you have template filters, these will not be overridden by the report filters.
