How To Manage The Send Log

Where to find the send log (as a tab page under reporting)

By opening the send log page, you can view a detailed breakdown of its send log information, including:
​
1. Report Name and Client
2. Report Status (Sent or Failed)
3. Sent Date
4. Open Rate
5. Click Rate​

Selecting a report individually on this page will provide you with an even deeper breakdown, including additional details such as:
​
1. Report Date Range
2. Send Method (One-Time Email, Scheduled Email)
3. Share Type (Dashboard/PDF Link, PDF as Attachment)
4. Sender
5. Delivery Rate/Open Rate/Click Rate
6. Recipient's Name, Email & Status

By selecting the Table Properties option on the right, you can choose which data you'd like to display. Please note that you can select a maximum of 5 properties at a time:

When a report has not been sent (failed), you will see the reason for failure at the top:
​


- Access unauthorized
- Invalid request
- Something went wrong
- Data not found
​
​Important notice: Once the error has been resolved and the report updated, please inform the helpdesk so we can resend the failed reports.
