How to Manage Your Scheduled Reports in the Schedule Overview Page:

The Scheduled Overview page allows you to efficiently manage your scheduled reports with a streamlined interface.

This feature includes filters for client, status, and frequency, a search bar for quick navigation, checkboxes for bulk actions, and direct options to edit, pause, or remove schedules.



How to Access the Scheduled Overview Feature:

Step 1: Navigate to the Reporting section in the left-side menu.

Step 2: Click on the Scheduled tab at the top of the screen.


Here, you have the option to search or filter by client, status, or frequency to get a comprehensive overview of all your scheduled reports.

Bulk Actions for Managing Scheduled Reports

You can easily select multiple reports at once to edit, pause, or delete schedules in just a few clicks. Please note that the Bulk Actions button will only appear after you have selected at least one report

How to Perform Bulk Actions:
1. Select (tick) the reports you want to update.

2. Click on Bulk Actions at the top right of the page.


3. Choose from the following available options:

Schedule Date Frequency
(Modify the frequency of scheduled reports)


Pause/Resume Schedules
(Temporarily stop or restart report scheduling)

Assign Sender

(Change the sender associated with the scheduled reports)


Set Date Range
(Adjust the reporting period for scheduled reports)

Limitations to Keep in Mind:

Users can remove report schedules directly from the overview page (via the more options list), but not as a bulk action.

Users cannot create new schedules directly from the overview; you need to go to the main Reports section for this action.
