Revoke users or edit users' permissions
When you revoke a user, you can instantly reassign all their Swydo items to another team member. The assigned team member will be notified, and all clients, reports, and schedules will transfer seamlessly—preventing data loss and making handovers a breeze.
You can do this at the Team members page on the three little dots. Click ‘Revoke Membership,’ then select the team member to whom you want to reassign the existing items. *Keep in mind that this option is only available for team admins. (more detail info below).
Here's where you could also edit the user's permissions.
💡 Remember, the seats in Swydo are unlimited, so you can add or remove users in the account to your liking.

Transfer ownership of the account
How to transfer the ownership to another user
When the team needs a new owner, it is possible to transfer the ownership.
💡 The current owner is the only one who can transfer the ownership.
To transfer the ownership to another team member, go to the Settings page on the left side panel, then directly to "Team Ownership":
On this page, click on "transfer ownership" and at the dropdown to select an active user. Once you've selected someone, type Transfer.
That's all. If you need to make any other changes, like removing the past owner, you can ask the new owner to help.
