How to Professionally Brand Your Reports in Swydo

Customizing Your Brand Template

Brand templates ensure your reports align with your agency’s identity. Follow these steps:

Steps:

  1. Access the Brand Template Settings:

    • Click the color palette icon in the top-right menu. (It looks like a painter’s palette.)

    • Use the default template, or choose one from the available options.

  2. Edit Your Template:

    • Click the three dots next to a template and select Edit Brand Template.

    • Customize the following:

      • Brand Colors: Match your agency’s colors.

      • Cover Page and Background Image: Add your logo or a custom background.

      • Fonts: Pick a font that reflects your style.

      • Chart and Graph Colors: Adjust to align with your branding.

      • Report Borders and Backgrounds: Add borders or change the background color.

  3. Save Your Template:

    • Save your changes to ensure consistency across all reports.

    • You can also access brand templates under the Main Menu.

🎯 Pro Tip: Applying templates across all clients ensures consistent branding without extra effort.

White-Labeling Your Reports

Remove Swydo’s branding for a fully professional look. White-labeling removes distractions and reinforces your agency’s identity, ensuring clients see you—not a third-party tool—as the source of their reports.

Steps:

  1. Go to the White Labeling section in Settings.

  2. Disable the Swydo logo from the report footer.

  3. This makes the report appear as if it’s created directly by your agency, elevating your brand’s professionalism.

Setting Up a Custom Domain

Using a custom domain adds a level of trust and professionalism to your reports. A custom domain ensures clients recognize and trust the URL they’re using to access reports, strengthening your credibility.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Custom Domain Settings:

    • Set up a domain that matches your agency, such as reports.agencyname.com.

  2. Follow the Prompts:

    • Complete the setup by following Swydo’s instructions.

    • You may need help from your hosting provider or system administrator to configure the domain.

  3. Verify Your Domain:

    • Once verified, your clients can access reports via the branded URL.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you hit a snag, check with your hosting provider or system administrator. You can also reach out to Swydo Support for guidance.

Sending Reports from Your Own Email

Make your reports feel even more personal by sending them from your agency’s email. Clients are more likely to trust emails sent from a familiar address, which adds a polished, professional touch.

Steps:

  1. Go to Email Settings.

  2. Configure your email to send reports directly from your domain.

  3. Clients will receive reports from a trusted and familiar source.
